Let Your Voice Be Heard

Racial discrimination and injustice has long been unaddressed. The current climate in our country has brought these issues to the forefront of conversation and has created a need for awareness, which we can use to drive positive change. 

 

We believe creating this outlet is important; Black people often do not feel they have a safe space to voice their concerns around racial injustice, especially within corporate environments. We feel it’s our responsibility to provide an outlet for authentic and intimate storytelling that creates an emotional impact, while educating and driving actionable change. 

Let Your Voice Be Heard is chance to inform, educate and challenge people’s point-of-view to inspire a call to action against racial injustice and implicit bias within the workplace. With this campaign, we want to creatively communicate Cox’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce and challenge our stakeholders to do the same. 

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sounds like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.
